Instructor BiographyBefore my journey brought me to Master Teresa in 2009, I was already a Certified Level II Reiki Practitioner. In the last seven years of my life I began a deep search within, hoping to find a solution to heal my physical setbacks because it was emotionally draining me. My personal journey has been one of asking our Universe and praying for guidance to lead me to the right people, modalities and healing. Through Qi Gong I have found that balance, the healing it offers and as well I created amazing friendships. I also wanted to share this beautiful energy with other people, so I started the General Qi Gong Instructors - Level I program in 2009. I found that once I got into the flow of this relaxing healing energy, I began to feel much better and since then, I was able to return back to work full time after a 1 1/2 year hiatus. Both Master Teresa and Coach William have given me personal QiHealing sessions. Through Master Teresa's Qi Gong classes I am able to manage and maintain a healthy and happy life style. In my personal opinion, Qi Gong energy creates healing, higher frequencies of thought and feelings, and generates unconditional love for all humanity to be influenced by. All of this really resonates with me. My personal goal is to share this simple tool and powerful energy with others through my Qi Gong Level I classes. The way we think and feel affects every other human upon the Planet...so why not have a blast while doing it. Classes
