   At her International Medical Qi Gong School in Canada, she carefully designed unique, revolutionizary programs to fit your needs:   With 80% hands-on practice and 20% classroom teachings she moves beyond the usual classical chi gong teachings. She loves to enlighten her students to find joy and harmony in their life mastering their chi and the mind through different workshops and courses she offers.  Naturally supporting and enhacing all aspects of your journey; spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical.

   As she sees the root blockages and the nature of them - if ready, she will tell you where they are sitting in your body to make your practice most beneficial, supporting everyones return to balance.

   Her warmth, smile, calmness, intuition and ability to see blockages reading your physical and emotional bodies makes her a much welcomed teacher.  She believes in sharing the truth and secrets of natural energy healing - Chi Gong (Qi Gong, Qigong, Chi Kung or Ki Gong 氣,气) and the use of Chi Gong energy healing to physicians, health care professionals, massage therapists, nutrionists, naturopaths, homeopaths, accupuncturists, athletic and fitness coaches, energy workers, children, young adults, men, women, seniors and physically disabled individuals.

   Master Teresa Yeung has been practicing Mountain and Pureland Chi Gong (also referred as Qi Gong) for 19 years and is a Generational Chi Gong Master named by her Chi Gong Master, Grandmaster Wu, at his crossing. She was Grandmaster Wu's first student in Canada and founded the Wu's Qi Gong & Tai Chi® Fitness Centre with Grandmaster Wu sharing Chi Gong to the West for over 11 year.  Following Grandmaster Wu's crossing,  she founded the Wu & Yeung® Qi Gong Wellness Institute. 

   Grandmaster Wu had a life long tenure in Qi Gong research, Hard & Soft QiGong, tai chi, kung fu and sports, like western fencing, gymnastics, swimming, bodybuilding, track and field. His specialization was in using only Qi to help heal bodily injuries and diseases.  (Grandmaster Wu's Eye Qi Gong® 吳氏明目氣功 went through an extensive 3-year study, conducted 4,000 documented cases and with the help of a 100-person medical team. They obtained success rates of over 90%.  In 1995, Grandmaster Wu was honourably selected as a member of national Chinese Qi Gong Talent Bank - honoured as a  "National Treasure of China" - the higheset official Qi Gong title in China. )
